Offerings / scope document

Define the role
of the flowers.

Three ways to work with the studio. The starting price and quoting basis are different; every conversation begins with your needs.

Prepare your scope

01 / Starting at $6,000

Fully custom weddings

Ceremony and reception flowers shaped around your day: chuppahs, arches, aisle pieces, bouquets and table arrangements.

The studio publishes a $6,000 starting price for fully custom weddings. Your scope is discussed with the studio; this is not a fixed package or a reservation.

02 / Quoted to the piece

Subscriptions & one-time arrangements

A one-time custom arrangement or an ongoing subscription, from custom designs to seasonal surprises.

One-time pieces and subscriptions are quoted by the studio. Ask about the design, timing and what you have in mind; no subscription cadence is assumed.

The studio’s published process

From a thought to the flowers.

  1. 01

    Start a conversation

The studio suggests enquiring a year to a year and a half ahead for weddings. Planning something last-minute? Still enquire.

  2. 02

    Share your inspiration

The published process asks you to allow up to 48 hours for a response. If it’s a fit, Margo asks for inspiration and builds a personalised proposal.

  3. 03

Make it official with the studio

The proposal, contract, retainer and invoice are handled directly with the studio. The team countersigns to make the booking official; this website does not reserve a date.

  4. 04

    Return to the details

The studio describes a final meeting at least 45 days before the event. You can email questions before then.

Before you enquire

A few useful answers.

The studio’s published questions and answers.

How far ahead should we inquire?

Ideally a year to a year and a half before the wedding. Planning something last-minute? Still inquire.

How quickly will we hear back?

Please give the studio up to 48 hours to respond. If it’s a fit, you’ll be asked for inspiration and Margo builds a personalised proposal.

How do we book?

Accept the proposal, pay the contract, sign the retainer or complete the invoice, and the team countersigns. Then it’s official.

Will we meet before the wedding?

Yes. There’s a minimum meeting 45 days before your event, and you can email questions any time before then.

What does a custom wedding start at?
